DISPATCH TIME

All items are tailor made to order and hand packed with love in Sydney, Australia. We aim to dispatch tote bags within 3 business days and framed prints within 14 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES

Items are delivered between 1 and 7 business days within Australia and may take up to 21 days for international orders. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

We are unable to control the delivery times once the order has been dispatched, we will keep you updated if there are any delays.

COSTS

We offer free delivery on all orders over $50 and standard flat rate of $3.95 for tote bags $12.95 for prints. Express shipping available at additional costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship all products worldwide with free standard delivery on all framed prints over $50. All other delivery costs will vary based on location and weight. If any import duties or taxes are applicable these will be collected by the carrier upon import.

TRACKING DETAILS

Order dispatch updates will be provided by email and all orders will be delivered using tracking service. Tracking details will be provided by email, tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update once dispatched.
