We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all tote bags. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund.
If 7 days have elapsed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange, unless the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
PRINTS & FRAMED PRINTS
All prints are custom made to order and are excluded from the money back guarantee.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Please contact email@example.com or use our contact form with any questions you have about your items and for the returns process. Please include your order number in the email and reason for return.
For a change of mind all return shipping and associated costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of returned item being received. Shipping costs are not refunded for change of mind. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase.
We do not offer an exchange service.
