The Flour Mill of Summer Hill was built utilising the north-south goods railway line that was constructed during World War 1. The flour mill was owned by various companied including Mungo Scott who’s name features prominently on the building. It was fully operation until 2009 and is now home to more than 400 apartments across a range of buildings.
